Woody's Triathlon is pleased to provide swim, bike and run triathlon training for kids and junior athlete's ages 5 to 19 years of age. Please see the full training schedule below.
Athletes should participate in training sessions based on their age as of Dec. 31, 2023 (ie - your child may be seven now, but if he/she turns eight by the end of the year, then he/she will race as an eight-year-old). All sessions take place at the Michener Aquatic Center.
All athletes participating in the training sessions must be registered in the 2023 Woody's Triathlon or sign a waiver at each session. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please note that due to popular demand, we will be limiting the number of athletes in the pool for each session. We want to make these sessions as safe and productive as possible. Remember these sessions are first come, first served. Thank you for your understanding if we have reached our maximum capacity.
